Tka10 Terms and Conditions

Tka10 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. By accessing or using tka10's services through its website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Tka10 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals and certain services may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

• Always keep your account information up to date.
• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• We strongly recommend keeping Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

Deposits and withdrawals on tka10 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account balances are generally updated instantly after a successful deposit.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus carries a specified wagering requirement (typically 20x to 40x).

• The same individual may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Tka10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.

All games on tka10 are supplied by internationally recognized game providers. Every game uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning each outcome is entirely random and independent.

• Tka10 does not manipulate game outcomes, and no mechanism exists to do so.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect game result to be displayed, tka10 reserves the right to recalculate and correct the outcome accordingly.
• If a game session is interrupted due to network issues, the game provider's records will be considered final.

• Tka10 is not liable for game sessions disrupted due to internet connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tka10:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses in violation of the applicable terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Fraud: Providing false information, using stolen payment details, or engaging in any other fraudulent activity.
• System Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to tka10's software, servers, or network infrastructure.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

Tka10 treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. Any information provided at registration is used exclusively for service delivery, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• All data is secured with AES-256 encryption.
• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities when required by law.

• Losses resulting from software errors on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• If the service must be suspended under the direction of a government or regulatory authority.

In no event shall tka10's total liability exceed the actual account balance you held at the time of the relevant incident.
